Are you on the Federal Government's General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule?
We are on the GSA Schedule and can be found on www.GSAAdvantage.gov . Our Multiple Award Contract number is GS-10F-0311L. Also, we are registered with the DoD Procurement System with "CAGE Code 1TTV5."

Who qualifies for the "GSA Price?"
Authorized users of the GSA MOBIS (Management and Business Improvement Services) Schedule 874 include:

• All Federal agencies in the executive, legislative and judicial branches;
• Government contractors authorized in writing by a Federal Agency pursuant to CFR 51.1;
• Mixed Ownership government corporations as defined in the Government Corporation control Act;
• The government of the District of Columbia, and;
• Others activities and organizations authorized by statute or regulation to use the GSA as a source of supply.

Why are your services cheaper for the Government?
It's a fact of life that those who want to do business with the Federal government, from airlines to hotels, must give the Federal Government a discount. Ours is 25% for workshops. Further, given the way GSA scrubs costs, if you are a commercial customer you can be confident that you are getting a good price since you are only paying marginally more that the GSA. They have done the price-negotiating for you.

Can you give commercial customers a discount?
No, not for our standard products. The GSA won't permit it.

What are your payment modalities?
We can invoice your company with payment terms of the usual "30 days net."
We can charge your payment to a major credit card (e.g. VISA, MasterCard).

All offerings include consecutive days of training at a customer’s location by two 4-D certified trainers, and 10 follow-on telephone coaching sessions. These sessions support integration of the two primary 4-D learning goals back at work. These goals are "Mastering 4-D Leadership" (supported by e-assessment ""360’s") and "4-D Request and Action" (applied to participant’s actual leadership priorities). The Course uses animated PowerPoint slides and film clips. Each participant will receive a bound course booklet and other handouts.	Base price is for up to 30 participants. $385 extra for each participant over 30 in multi-day programs.	Price includes preparation time, travel time, delivery and handouts for up to 30 participants. It also includes up to 10 telephone sessions of nominally 50 minutes each, with session scheduling, and follow-up reminders via e-mail and telephone. Customer provides facility, enrollment list, digital projection system, TV/VCR, flip charts and markers. Travel expenses, in accordance with Customer’s policies, will either be estimated before the travel and added to provide a firm price package (preferred), or invoiced with actual costs after the event.
